In this lesson you will learn three chords and a song on the ukulele
The ukulele (oo-koo-lay-lay), also known as a uke, is a Hawaiian lute from the 19th century. I’m using a concert ukulele, which is one size bigger than a soprano, and one size smaller than a tenor. The largest ukuleles are the baritones.
This lesson can be applied to soprano, concert, and tenor ukuleles tuned to GCEA. Baritone ukes are tuned like the bottom four strings of a guitar, DGBE, so our chords won’t match up.
The easiest way to tune your ukulele is to get a tuning app on your phone: Click here to search for one
